From identification and quantification of achievable savings, to creation of tailored sourcing strategies, to rapid and focused delivery of savings, Mr. Thompson has a long track record of deploying the project management, strategy, implementation, and negotiation skills critical to expense savings success. Most recently, Mr. Thompson has focused on cost reduction efforts for Fortune 500 and non-profit sector clients. He has delivered millions in savings for his clients – transforming income statements and organizational capacity along the way.
Previously, as a consultant to local, state and Federal governments, and Fortune 500 companies, a senior executive in an operating company and as a policy and political advisor, Mr. Thompson focused on creating measurable monetary value for his clients and employers. From revenue enhancement strategy and implementation for state governments and Fortune 1000 companies, to government and commercial sales, his trademark is delivering clear and tangible results.
Mr. Thompson earned a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
