Creative Supply Chain Management
In addition to the opportunity presented by the low cost of labor for manufacturing in China, PPSG has also engineered a distribution channel that minimizes warehousing and transportation costs. Through reorganizing and optimizing the supply chain, our model allows clients, be it end-users or distributors, to enjoy low cost product from overseas without incurring extra costs in warehousing and transportation. This generates a new manufacturing model from initial source through client sale which minimizes cost and increases potential for margin increase or increased market share.

Joint Venture and Offshoring

One of our clients manages a regional office supply and furniture business that distribute all brand names but their own. Using its direct sourcing channel, PPSG is building a relationship for the client with manufacturers in China that provide private-brand products for the client.
