We approach our clients as true partners in the consulting process.  We believe an approach whereby consultants make recommendations and move on without implementing them limits true value creation.  We have been on the receiving end of this type of advice.  At best, it is up to management to translate these recommendations to make change happen and the reality is often much different that the recommendation.

PPSG works with our clients from initial problem identification to strategy development through recommendation and implementation.  If our clients don't see actual value created, our work is not complete.
